Winging it at work...

This is a blog post from work. I'm taking a breather, and as I'm not a smoker, this seemed like a good alternative. I have funny phone calls to make in a little, as part of my job. Funny in that I have no idea what I'm talking about. Hopefully everyone on the other end of the line will not know that i'm clueless. - Eric
