Tonight Show meets OK Go and all is awesome in the universe...
OK Go were on the Tonight Show tonight. This afternoon, thanks to the amazing power of Neighbor Matt, I along with Kat, Alex, and Hil, sat in a studio in a Burbank and saw the whole thing get taped. The four of us sat in the front row and totally got to be closest to Leno during his monologue. While it was pretty neat to see the show getting taped (Jay Leno comes across as the nicest guy in the world), the best part of my week was sitting there and seeing/listening/experiencing OK Go scorch the stage. It's cool to see A-Ross as part of this rock band that's touring with a wonderful new album, Oh No (in stores now!), and even cooler when you're watching it when it's being filmed for network television. We went backstage afterwards and got to chat a little with A-Ross...
Alex and I are going to see OK Go, or as I call them, "The Oak" (not really) tomorrow night at their L.A. show. I saw them at Spaceland a few months back and my eardrums and I enjoyed it so much, we're giddy to once again, bear witness to OK Go...
